Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the HR and Admin Manager is including the following, but not limited to:
HR-related activities
· Actively engage in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding & induction
· Develop and Implement HR Policies
· Monitor attendance and leave management activities
· Participate in the salary processing/payroll activities with the accounts team
· Manage the employee personnel data
· Performance Management of the employees
· Employee departure activities
· Engagement with employees on regular basis
· Organize various office events and nurture office culture
· Ensuring with statutory and regulatory requirements
Admin-related related activities
· Develop and Implement Administrative Policies
· Keeping accurate stock of office supplies, equipment and furniture and placing orders whenever needed
· Ensuring compliance with organisational policies through planning and coordination
· Supervising staff members and delegating administrative responsibilities
· Maintaining office/factory equipment and furniture along with supervising housekeeping activities
· Maintaining office files and paperwork
Requirements
· Graduation in related discipline
· Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Gujarati
· Must be able to write emails on MS Outlook
· Good knowledge of computer- Windows and Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
· Must be able to commute to Changodar daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
