Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, client servicing, and support roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with agency culture.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure timely feedback and career development discussions.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities.

Administration:

  • Supervise daily office operations
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and creative materials.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
  • Support management in budgeting and cost control related to admin and HR functions.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and agency-level celebrations or meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
