HR & Admin Manager (Ralamandal)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and employee welfare systems.
  • Manage complete office administration, property upkeep, and asset management.
  • Maintain, organize, and label files, documents, and records systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Handle legal compliance with all concerned authorities – labor laws, statutory filings, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, lawyers, and auditors for company-related legal and statutory matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and reporting for licenses, registrations, and certifications.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare for inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Act as the point of contact for government departments and external agencies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and file management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 5 years (Preferred)
  • HR Legal: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • HR Admin: 5 years (Preferred)
