Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and employee welfare systems.
- Manage complete office administration, property upkeep, and asset management.
- Maintain, organize, and label files, documents, and records systematically for easy retrieval.
- Handle legal compliance with all concerned authorities – labor laws, statutory filings, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, lawyers, and auditors for company-related legal and statutory matters.
- Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and reporting for licenses, registrations, and certifications.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare for inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Act as the point of contact for government departments and external agencies.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and file management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
