We’re Hiring – Front Desk Admin (Female, Mumbai | 2+ Yrs Exp.)

Role Overview

Be the first point of contact for our office in Mumbai – ensuring a warm welcome, smooth communication, and seamless admin support.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors & clients with professionalism.

Manage phone calls, emails & front desk queries.

Maintain reception & meeting rooms.

Organize schedules, appointments & calendars.

Handle couriers, travel bookings & office supplies.

Support HR/Admin in onboarding & daily operations.

Maintain records, files & documentation.

Requirements

Female candidate with 2+ years of experience in front desk/admin role.

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office & office tools.

Pleasant, organized & proactive personality.

Location: Mumbai (mandatory).
