Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage daily human resources operations, support employee relations, and ensure smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Handle daily HR operations and respond to employee inquiries.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Organize staff meetings, events, and training programs.
- Manage leaves, benefits, and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle Office Administration Tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
- 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
