HR & Admin Officer (Junior)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing, including data preparation, verification, and related documentation.
- Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform data entry and updates on HR systems (SAP or other ERP systems).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in generating basic payroll and HR reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments on HR administrative matters.
- Carry out other HR administrative duties as assigned by the HR Department.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or a related role.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory (HR / Payroll modules preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Transferable QID is required.

- QAR 3,500 – 4,500 (Full Package)
