Job Title:

HR & Admin Officer (Junior)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll processing, including data preparation, verification, and related documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform data entry and updates on HR systems (SAP or other ERP systems).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in generating basic payroll and HR reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on HR administrative matters.
  • Carry out other HR administrative duties as assigned by the HR Department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or a related role.
  • SAP knowledge is mandatory (HR / Payroll modules preferred).
  • Experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Transferable QID is required.

Salary Package:

  • QAR 3,500 – 4,500 (Full Package)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
