HR & Admin Officer (Operations & Facilities)

Manage the People. Manage the Office. (Direct US Ops) Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) | Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-C ABS International (Est. 2012) – Direct US Principal

The Reality Check: Are you an Admin Officer who wants to learn HR? Or an HR Assistant who is good at Operations? We need both. ABS International is hiring an HR & Admin Officer. We don't need someone to just sit at a desk. We need a Problem Solver. You will ensure the staff is happy (HR) and the office is running (Admin). From marking attendance to fixing the internet—you own the floor.

The "Hybrid" Deal:

  • Salary: PKR 45,000 - 60,000 (Fixed Base).
  • The Growth: You will learn Payroll, Compliance, and Vendor Management.
  • The Stability: 14 Years in Business. Permanent Role.

Your Mission (50% HR / 50% Admin):

  • HR: Mark daily attendance, manage leaves, and update employee files.
  • Admin: Ensure the Internet, Generator, and ACs are working 100%.
  • Vendors: Deal with food suppliers, electricians, and maintenance staff.
  • Discipline: Ensure the floor is quiet and professional during US hours.
