HR Admin-TAGALOG SPEAKER

Job Purpose

The HR Admin / Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires. This role acts as a link between candidates, employees, and management to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and certifications.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate employee information (leaves, attendance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities (offer letters, background checks, documentation).
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations and induction programs.
  • Ensure timely provisioning of IT equipment, access cards, and workspace for new employees.
  • Guide new hires through company policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Manage exit procedures, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies or internal hiring managers as required.

Other HR Functions:

  • Assist in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and training coordination.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
  • Support performance appraisal and probation review processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration and/or onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
