Hassaan Online Academy is seeking a professional and organized HR Administration officer to manage internal HR operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
  • Handle recruitment activities including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain salary sheets, attendance tracking, performance records, and monthly HR reports.
  • Oversee daily office operations and support management in policy implementation.
  • Coordinate employee meetings, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Manage leave applications, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of HR documents.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent discipline, organization, and time-management ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • HR or office administration experience (preferred but not mandatory).
