HR & Administration Executive

About Us

The Inventor Solutions is a fast-growing IT and business services company working with international clients, primarily in the USA. Our services include Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Sales Operations, Digital Solutions, and Accounting support.

We are looking for a proactive and structured HR & Administration Executive who can take ownership of recruitment, HR operations, and administrative management.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who can manage hiring, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in building structure, discipline, and process within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Draft and post job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Manage attendance and leave records
  • Handle probation confirmations and performance tracking
  • Coordinate payroll inputs
  • Manage Provident Fund documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards

Administration & Assets

  • Manage employee asset issuance (laptops, screens, etc.)
  • Maintain asset tracking sheet
  • Coordinate office admin requirements
  • Handle exit process and asset recovery

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR experience (Recruitment + HR Operations)
  • Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, or Accounting roles preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR tracking systems
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple hires per month
