  • Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and publish content across various digital platforms.
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts or grievances, and work towards resolution.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks
