HR & Administration Lead (Night Shift)

Winklin is seeking a seasoned and disciplined HR professional to lead HR and administrative operations during the night shift. This role requires a strong decision maker who can maintain structure, enforce policies, and ensure smooth office functioning.

Note: This is a night shift position. Only candidates comfortable with the timing should apply.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR and administrative operations during the night shift
  • Enforce company policies, discipline, and workplace standards
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and handle employee concerns
  • Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and documentation
  • Supervise office operations, facilities, and support staff
  • Act as the escalation point for night shift issues
  • Maintain records, reports, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration (supervisory role preferred)
  • Strong leadership and decision making ability
  • Confident in handling discipline and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in night shift
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Experience managing teams in an operational environment
