Job Description
We are looking for an HR Intern whose primary responsibility will be to call candidates and schedule interviews. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and can handle a high volume of calls daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Call shortlisted candidates for different job positions
• Conduct brief initial screening over the phone
• Schedule interviews with relevant departments
• Maintain proper follow-up with candidates
• Update interview status and basic records

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Confidence in making multiple calls daily
• Basic understanding of recruitment/interviews (preferred but not required)
• Responsible and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow

Job Details

• Job Type: Internship (3 Months)
• Location: Onsite – Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Opportunity for permanent role based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs25,000.00 per month
