The HR Business Partner for GetzLife (
the Consumer Health arm of Getz Pharma
), will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources (HR) strategies and policies, while also providing on-ground operational support on HR matters, including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Responsibilities

Strategic HR Support:
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business goals and objectives.

Operational Efficiency:
Ensure timely on-ground operational support for field and Head Office Teams

Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with the hiring team to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, while promoting a positive work environment and resolving issues in a timely and fair manner.

Performance Management:
Facilitate the performance appraisal process, provide guidance on goal-setting, and assist in developing performance improvement plans as needed.

Policy and Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance, making necessary updates as needed.

Organizational Development:
Identify opportunities for employee development, training, and career growth, and work on initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits:
Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

10+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role preferably in an FMCG

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be a plus

Excellent knowledge of HR best practices
