HR Officer

Code Avenue is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "HR Officer" to manage end-to-end recruitment, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the HR function

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and employee integration
  • Ensure smooth and compliant off boarding, including exit formalities and clearances
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination
  • Assist the manager with HR-related tasks and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant Discipline.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
