HR Executive

We are hiring "HR Executive" for our office located in Clifton Karachi. Please read carefully the job description before applying for this position.

Job Description:

• Able to perform recruitment activities independently and as per provided guidelines
• To perform the induction process & employee engagement activities
• To process monthly statuary payments & all related activities (EOBI, SESSI, PESSI)
• Manage & maintain HR records
• Manage & process employee attendance and payroll (Previous working experience on FlowHCM would be preferred)
• To process other day to day general HR operations

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of recruitment & HR operations is mandatory to be eligible for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience of FlowHCM software would be an added advantage and given preference
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong collaboration skills and a good team player

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in HR department
• BBA / MS / MBA (with majors in HRM)
