Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Male Candidate
Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
Timings: 6pm to 3am Monday to Friday.
Requirement: Immediate Joiners.
PCMCI Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to HR digitalization initiatives and hands-on experience in international recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, supporting organizational goals through effective HR practices
- Provide guidance to management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with company strategy
2. HR Operations & Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
3. HR Digitalization
- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the HR department
- Implement and manage HRIS systems, automation tools, and digital workflows
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and improve efficiency
- Drive process improvements through technology adoption
4. International Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle international recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations, visa processes, and documentation
- Build talent pipelines for global positions
5. Talent Management & Development
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Assist in succession planning and talent retention strategies
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions
Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Human Resources (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Proven experience in HR digitalization (HRIS, automation tools, data analytics)
- Hands-on experience in international recruitment is mandatory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP/HRMS systems (e.g., Oddo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
