Our 8-week Summer Internship Program 2026 is designed to give you hands-on experience across our key business functions:

Marketing & Innovation | Sales | Manufacturing | Human Resource | Finance | Supply Chain

You’ll work on real business projects — some focused on local markets, others contributing to regional and global initiatives.

This means you won’t just learn how things work — you’ll understand how impact is created both locally and beyond borders.

What you’ll be doing

• Work on projects with real business impact
• Gain exposure to both local and global initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different functions and markets
• Conduct research, analysis, and present actionable recommendations
• Participate in learning sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities
• Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
• Present your final project to senior leadership

What we are looking for in you

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s program
• Strong academic track record with a passion to learn and grow
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Curious, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong ownership and willingness to take initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office
