Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support employee lifecycle processes, ensure smooth office administration, and act as a link between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and coordination with payroll vendors
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administration
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Administration
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory records
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation
- Handle vendor bills, petty cash, and basic admin-related expenses
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and admin operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance
- Prior experience in a similar HR/Admin role
