We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR/Admin Assistant to support our HR operations, maintain employee records, and manage ERP accounts for both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ERP accounts for internal and external clients.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of the employee database.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and concerns, including work permit (WP) matters.
  • Prepare memos and documents requiring signatures.
  • Handle HR implementation and data encoding for clients.
  • Upload labor staff attendance on a timely basis.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and CV sourcing.
  • Prepare offer letters for shortlisted and selected candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding processes (welcome announcements, WP account creation, WP training).
  • Oversee leave management, including leave applications and ticket bookings.
  • Liaise with the PRO for HR-related tasks such as cancellations, sponsorship transfers, and other government-related processes.
  • Requirements
  • Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • Must have an experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or MBA.
