We are looking for ‘ HR & Administrative Assistant '


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and attendance tracking processes
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Ensure complete and up-to-date personnel files
  • Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
  • Organize meetings, trainings, and HR-related events
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and support executive-level agenda
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed
  • Managing travel processes
  • Handling CEO assistance


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Good English-speaking skills are necessary
