HR Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English)

About the Role:
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in HR? We’re looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who can keep our team running smoothly while supporting our employees every step of the way. This is a hands-on role where your contributions will be noticed and appreciated.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch field teams efficiently.
  • Be the go-to resource for employee questions and support—your responsiveness makes a difference.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing team members to create a seamless experience.
  • Support benefits enrollment and help employees navigate HR programs.
  • Keep HR records accurate, secure, and compliant.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry with precision.
  • Partner with the Office Manager on special projects that improve office operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Polished, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter attitude: you take initiative and follow through.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records and processes.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
