Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR & Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files (both physical and digital) with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, and other data.
- Handle employee inquiries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with the documentation and scheduling of performance reviews.
Administrative:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and physical mail.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- General Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Assist with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software is a plus.
- Type writing English 40wpm
- Languages should know - English, Hindi, Telugu
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (or Hindi).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
