About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role supports both new hire onboarding and HR administrator duties, ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation.

· Maintain accurate personnel files and compliance records.

· Respond to payroll and HR inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

· Support HR team with compliance, audits, and reporting.

· Draft offer letters for new hires.

· Draft and maintain new hire tracking and checklists.

· Update HR databases as needed.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of HR or onboarding experience (healthcare preferred).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

· Ability to create and edit company documents, policies, training and communications.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
