Position: HR & Administration
Company: NE Excel Credit Rating Agency Pvt. Ltd.
Location: ABC, Guwahati
✅ Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Prepare letters: Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter, etc.
* Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports
* Prepare Salary Statement
* Handle employee queries and provide HR support
* Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees
* Process statutory compliance tasks (PF, ESI, etc.)
* Support day-to-day HR operations
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any stream; HR certification is preferred
* 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with good skills may also apply)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in MS Excel, email drafting, and documentation
* Knowledge of PF/ESIC
✅ Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
