About the Role
Our client in the engineering and geotechnical services industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation, employee coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence
- Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and other PRO-related documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and timesheets
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, or technical industries is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
