Position: HR Administrator
Industry: Engineering & Geotechnical Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

Our client in the engineering and geotechnical services industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation, employee coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence
  • Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and other PRO-related documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and timesheets
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
  • Prior experience in engineering, construction, or technical industries is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
