As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Dubai.

Job Summary

The HR Administrator will support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and SCA regulatory standards, and assist in maintaining efficient HR processes within a fast-paced forex trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records in line with SCA compliance requirements
• Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and MOHRE documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Track employee leave, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination
• Ensure HR policies align with UAE Labor Law and regulatory standards
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of HR administration experience (experience in financial services or forex brokerage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processes
• Familiarity with SCA regulatory environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• High level of integrity and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an SCA-regulated entity
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory documentation within financial services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
