Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient HR Operations support that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support Employee Relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Handle and Support in Payroll Management, Time and Attendance, and Leave Administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support Recruitment and Selection activities, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and company standards.
- Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or a related field. (Exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.)
- Proven experience in the education sector is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
