JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Analyst provides advanced analytical, reporting, and data management support to the Human Resources function across the BMH system. The role ensures workforce data accuracy, delivers timely insights, and drives operational decision making aligned with BMH’s mission, vision and values. This position supports HR operations, recruitment/talent acquisition, compensation, labor management, compliance, and workforce planning initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–4 years HR analytics or HRIS reporting experience preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency (Paychex preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
