Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros) to visualize HR metrics and KPIs.
- Support the HR team with custom data requests related to recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and performance management.
- Prepare reports and visualizations that clearly communicate key trends, issues, and actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify data requirements and continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Excel and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data modeling, macros).
- Experience with HR data or related analytics preferred.
- Working knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation (Excel mandatory; Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Male candidates and immediate joiners will be given preference.
Additional Preferences:
- Prior experience or coursework in HR analytics or business analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines.
