OVO W.L.L. is a growing group of companies operating multiple retail businesses across Bahrain. We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR & Accounts Executive to join our team immediately and support our expanding operations.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records
- Prepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, letters, files, etc.)
- Manage LMRA procedures, visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
- Handle work permits and other labor-related formalities
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and other relevant government regulations
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
- Handle basic accounting entries, expenses, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and assist in payroll processing
- Manage petty cash and daily financial transactions
- Assist in financial reporting and management accounts
- Work with POS systems for sales, reports, and reconciliations
- Support audits and internal financial reviews
Administrative Responsibilities:
- General office administration and coordination
- Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
- Support management with reports, documentation, and data analysis
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR & Accounts role
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA procedures, and visa processes
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with basic accounting and POS software
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Immediate availability preferred
