Job Title: HR and Accounts Manager

Job Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR and Accounts Manager to manage HR activities and handle basic accounting tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks like bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining payments received.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in GST filing, tax calculations, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare reports related to financial transactions and salary expenses.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR and Accounts handling (1-3 years preferred).
  • Good knowledge of payroll management, attendance software, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting software (like ZOHO Books, or similar).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
