Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Handle new employee onboarding & exit formalities.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
Admin Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office documents, agreements, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth daily operations.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills Required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Time management & multi-tasking
- Basic understanding of HR processes and admin work
- Problem-solving attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
