Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records (e.g., personal data, attendance, performance).
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure the completion of necessary documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
