Designation: HR and Administrative Manager

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer and General Manager

The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative functions of the company. This role ensures compliance with UAE Labor Law, effective HR management, and smooth office operations. The HR & Admin Manager acts as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and administrative efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure company policies and procedures align with UAE Labor Law.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain strong communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.

3. HR Policies & Administration

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and records as per UAE legal requirements.
  • Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related HR services.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Guide managers on employee evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor staff productivity and suggest improvements.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll preparation, salary administration.
  • Manage leave records, medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of end-of-service benefits (gratuity) as per UAE Labor Law.

6. Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

7. Strategic HR Planning

  • Advise management on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Align HR strategies with company goals to improve employee engagement and retention.

8. Administration & Office Management

  • Supervise daily administrative operations and office support staff.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and service contracts.
  • Oversee company assets, facilities, and maintenance services.
  • Handle renewals of company licenses, tenancy contracts, insurance policies, and permits.
  • Liaise with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Free Zone, etc.)
  • Support logistics, office supplies, and staff accommodations (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and office administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO, HRMS/ERP systems, MS Office, and payroll systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
