Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in Saudi labor laws, WPS (Wage Protection System), and government portals.
This role requires a proactive professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions in a fast-paced retail and distribution environment while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer Wage Protection System (WPS) and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Prepare and review employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Coordinate with PRO/Muqeem for visa processing, Iqama renewals, transfers, and other government-related matters.
- Monitor and support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external audits while ensuring confidentiality.
Administration
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and company assets.
- Manage document control systems and filing in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for employee-related administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain related documentation.
- Support insurance, legal documentation, and general office management functions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, WPS, and HR regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in retail and distribution industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
