HR AND ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

The HR & Administration Executive ( Male Only) will handle HR operations and administration functions for manufacturing and office staff. The role requires a smart, confident, and proactive professional who takes ownership, resolves issues independently, and ensures smooth HR, labor, and administrative operations across UAE locations.

Human Resources Operations

  • Handle white-collar recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding.
  • Conduct HR induction programs for new joiners and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage overseas recruitment drives, including coordination with agents, documentation, and mobilization.
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports using ERP and Excel.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

Labor & Camp Management

  • Independently manage labor camps, including:
  • Camp inspections
  • Hygiene, safety, and compliance checks
  • Coordination with camp operators
  • Handle labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally and promptly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for workers and resolve day-to-day workforce issues without escalation unless required.

Statutory Compliance & UAE Labor Matters

  • Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO / government authorities.
  • Manage medical insurance, employee additions/removals, and claim coordination.
  • Handle work-related injuries, including:
  • Workmen compensation cases
  • Medical coordination
  • Insurance claims and documentation
  • Liaison with hospitals, insurers, and authorities

Administration & Facilities Management

  • Handle office administration for Head Office.
  • Manage AMC contracts for office, factory, and accommodation facilities (maintenance, repairs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.

Travel & Deployment Flexibility

  • Willing to travel across UAE offices as per operational requirements.
  • Flexible to stay temporarily in Ras Al Khaimah or Abu Dhabi accommodations during deployments or critical assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • High ownership mindset – does not wait for instructions.
  • Confident decision-maker with problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR systems, and ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable handling workers, vendors, and senior management.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing / construction / HVAC / industrial sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
