Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin professional to manage core HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of HR & Admin activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administration

  • Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event arrangements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • [0–3 / 2–5] years of experience in HR & Admin roles (Freshers with strong interest in HR/Admin may also apply).
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
