To support our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Cairo office with an experienced HR & Admin Manager who can build strong people operations, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

Role Overview

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within OMQ's Cairo office. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of balancing company objectives with employee needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local labor laws
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handle performance management, training, and professional development programs
  • Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration in coordination with finance
  • Manage contracts, legal compliance, and government relations as per Saudi labor law
  • Lead and supervise office administration functions including facilities, supplies, and vendor management
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure data confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software
