HR and Business Development Executive

We are hiring for HR& Business Development Executive for company based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage both human resources and business development functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, handling HR operations, and driving business growth through strategic planning and market expansion.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and brand expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients and investors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration(MBA), Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.
