Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to manage our company's growing HR needs.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive HR initiatives, oversee performance management, and ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures, leading compliance audits, and mitigating organizational risk. Equally important, this position will champion a positive workplace culture, ensuring that HR strategies support both employee engagement and the broader goals of the organization.
Duties
- Oversee, develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance on conflict management and employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Gusto, Workday, Oracle HCM, or ADP for data analysis, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organization design efforts.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes related to human capital management.
- Manage budgeting for HR programs and initiatives while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and program management.
- Experience supervising HR teams or projects is essential.
- Proficiency in utilizing various HR technologies such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for effective HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
