Job Purpose:

The HR and Compliance Manager will oversee all human resources functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. This role is critical for maintaining a productive workforce and mitigating compliance risks in a facility management environment.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal systems.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
  • Liaise with government authorities for licenses, permits, and statutory filings.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.

Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at client sites.
  • Implement welfare measures for employees working in facility management roles.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.
  • Maintain employee database and statutory registers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and compliance, preferably in facility management or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
