Job Purpose:
The HR and Compliance Manager will oversee all human resources functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. This role is critical for maintaining a productive workforce and mitigating compliance risks in a facility management environment.
Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive performance management and appraisal systems.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, permits, and statutory filings.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
Health, Safety & Welfare
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at client sites.
- Implement welfare measures for employees working in facility management roles.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.
- Maintain employee database and statutory registers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and compliance, preferably in facility management or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
