• Maintain and update staff files
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
• maintain and update employee work records
• Provide support to staff to develop the skills and capabilities

Desired Skills & Experience : - Leadership skills - Good in planning and achieving company targets - Building good relationship with clients - Good communication skills (written & verbal)
