HR AND PAYROLL OFFICER

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Process visa applications, renewals, LMRA procedures, and GOSI registrations
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare overtime, leave salary, indemnity, and final settlement calculations
  • Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements
  • Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management
  • Coordinate with finance for salary transfers and reconciliation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR & Payroll experience in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, and GOSI regulations
  • Experience handling payroll software and MS Excel proficiency
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Must be able to join immediately
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in WPS compliance
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
