Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Process visa applications, renewals, LMRA procedures, and GOSI registrations
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare overtime, leave salary, indemnity, and final settlement calculations
- Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management
- Coordinate with finance for salary transfers and reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR & Payroll experience in Bahrain
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, and GOSI regulations
- Experience handling payroll software and MS Excel proficiency
- Locally available in Bahrain
- Must be able to join immediately
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in WPS compliance
- Knowledge of HRMS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
