HR and Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team! Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for numbers? Are you a master of organization with a passion for ensuring accuracy in all financial processes? If so, this role is for you.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all payroll-related activities for our 600 employees. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate compensation while maintaining strict compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees.
  • Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and overtime payments.
  • Manage employee data, including attendance, leaves, and new hire information.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Prepare and generate payroll reports and financial summaries.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience handling payroll for a large number of employees (preferably 500+).
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
