Human Resources Generalist

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operations.
  • Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience preparing employment offers and contracts (Arabic/English) and processing lifecycle transactions through KSA HR government e-services/portals (e.g., contracts, workforce data updates, wage-protection compliance, separations).
  • Proficiency with recruitment systems and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) (e.g., MenaITech or equivalent) — preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (JDs, postings, CV screening, interviews, offers).
  • Draft and issue offers and employment contracts; coordinate approvals; maintain compliant templates (Arabic/English).
  • Execute HR lifecycle transactions via government HR e-services and internal HR systems (contract issuance/updates, workforce data changes, payroll/WPS compliance, exits).
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding (documentation, induction, probation tracking) and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Support time & attendance, leave administration , and payroll inputs in line with policy and Saudi labor law.
  • Assist with benefits administration (e.g., enrollments, changes) and employee relations queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations, support audits and documentation.
