Role Summary

The Senior Employee Experience Specialist will design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction at SEIZE. This role ensures that employees have a positive and seamless journey — from onboarding through their career development. In addition, the role will support the Talent Acquisition team, bridging candidate experience with employee experience to strengthen SEIZE’s employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Design and implement employee experience programs aligned with SEIZE’s culture and Vision 2030 values.
  • Manage employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, engagement surveys, recognition, exit interviews).
  • Conduct pulse surveys and analyze feedback to recommend engagement and retention strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, well-being, and internal communication.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to build development and recognition programs.
  • Prepare regular reports on employee experience KPIs (engagement, retention, satisfaction scores).

Support to Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition from candidate experience to employee experience.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top Saudi and global talent.
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experience.
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and career events to strengthen SEIZE’s positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Provide feedback and insights from employee surveys to improve recruitment messaging and value proposition.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in employee experience, engagement, or talent acquisition, preferably in semi-government or consulting organizations in KSA/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HR practices, Saudization, and labor law compliance.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engagement and employee experience programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in surveys, dashboards, and HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
