Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Objective:

To ensure the attraction and acquisition of top talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture by executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong professional relationships with candidates, and enhancing the company’s employer brand in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand current and future hiring needs in coordination with department managers.
  • Draft and publish job postings on appropriate platforms.
  • Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews (via phone, virtual platforms, or in person).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and participate when needed.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with relevant candidate information.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to improving the candidate experience and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives, university partnerships, and internship programs.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and relevant metrics.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and job platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong ability to assess and analyze candidate competencies.
  • High organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
