Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance management processes.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in HR field required.
