HR Assistant

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance management processes.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in HR field required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
