Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • - Provide support for employee onboarding and orientation
  • - Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • - Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • - Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • - 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • - Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
